Villa “Melanthia” is a stone-built house with modern decoration and simple lines, located in our accommodation complex just outside Pitsidia. The calm beige tones of the furniture blend harmoniously with the natural stone, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and luxury.

The villa is ideal for a vacation of four people, as it has two bedrooms, and a spacious open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: it has a large refrigerator, an electric stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher, as well as utensils for four people. For the summer months, each bedroom has its own air conditioning, ensuring maximum coolness.

Villa “Melanthia” is surrounded by a wonderful garden with olive trees, flowers, herbs and an outdoor barbecue, ideal for evenings under the Cretan sky. The shared swimming pool, between lemon and orange trees, offers moments of coolness and relaxation in a peaceful environment.
