Three days to root, breathe, and bloom
In a world that moves too fast, there is a place where time slows down. Where movement becomes prayer, silence becomes healing, and purpose finds its way again. Release & Bloom is a 3-day retreat in the heart of nature, where yoga meets Eudaimonia coaching — and offers you the space to reconnect with yourself.
🧘🧘♀️ What is Release & Bloom;
A sanctuary where yoga meets inner exploration. A retreat that blends movement with stillness, breath with intention, and physical experience with soul searching. In just three days, you’ll leave behind the weight of “shoulds” and reconnect with your essence — calmly, naturally, truthfully.
✨ ✨ What to expect:
Dynamic Vinyasa and soothing Yin practices
Guided meditations and journaling
Ikigai-based self-reflection
Healing conversations and connection to your inner “why”
Moments in nature — with the scent of Crete and the wisdom of tradition
Nourishing, plant-based meals lovingly prepared by Green Kukunari
👣 The invitation is simple:
Come as you are. Leave grounded. Open your heart. Bloom.
This is your moment to let go of what no longer serves you, root into the now, and rise again — with lightness and purpose.
🌸 Your guides for the journey
Sophia - Your host and Eudaimonia Coach
Sophia found Life Coaching through her own journey towards authenticity and meaning. With deep empathy, lived experience, and a heartfelt belief that each person holds a unique place in this world, she helps participants reconnect with their truth and rediscover their inner roots — and their personal blooming.
Vivie - Yoga & Movement Space Holder
Vivie embraces yoga as a path of exploration. Her journey didn’t begin with perfection, but with curiosity: how do body, mind, and spirit return to balance when life pulls them apart? Her offerings are filled with breath, movement, grounding, and release — guiding students toward self-kindness and genuine acceptance.
Green Kukunari - Nourishment that blooms with you
Here, food is more than a meal — it’s a ritual. Green Kukunari offers creative, plant-based cuisine inspired by nature’s simplicity and the slow joy of mindful nourishment.
Together, we will create a safe and loving space where every soul can release, ground, and bloom.
