Villa Emma

Villa Emma was built in 2020.

It is suited a bit outside of Pitsidia, but nevertheless, you can reach the centre of the village by a 5 minutes walk.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (and one WC) and a big living-/diningroom combined with a fully equipped kitchen. Therefore, it fits perfect for lovely holidays for up to 4 persons.

The kitchen supplies a big fridge, dishes for 4 persons, a regular stove, coffee-mashine,

water kettle, toaster, microwave and a dishwasher.

Both bedrooms provide air condition, so you can cool down the room in the hot summer months.

All furniture is new and the villa was decorated with love for every detail. Many windows provide daylight in every room. Whoever prefers darkness - also to keep out the heat during the hot summer months- can close the windows in the sleeping room with shutters. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Villa Emma is surrounded by a big garden with olive trees, and lots of herbs and flowers.

Next to the shady terrace, you find the swimming pool, which is for your private use only.
