Villa Efthimia

Villa Efthimia is the smallest of our villas, as it offers space for 2 persons.

Villa Efthimia contains of one sleeping-room with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom

and a cosy dining-/living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Efthimia was built and furnitured with much care for details.

The garden, which is designed with much love, offers the direct view to the Ida-mountains

and contains many typical cretan plants and herbs. 

The swimming-pool, which is for your private use only, surrounds an old olive tree. 

Our area is quiet, nevertheless you reach the square of the village Pitsidia by a walk from about 10 minutes.

Exactly in the opposite direction, you will find the 4 km long beach "Komos",

which you can reach easily on 5 minutes by car.
